Fengbao's Milestone

Established Hong Kong Linpo Precision representative office of Shanghai in October 1997, marketing BOURNS products;

Established Lunbao Trade Co., Ltd in May 1998;

Began to act for the marketing of WINBOND products in December 1998, FAE department is established in the same year , helping to support the marketing of the pronunciation product line of WINBOND;

Moved to the new location in April 1999, cooperating closely with BOURNS to exploit the market;

Set up the office in Hangzhou , Nanjing in June of 1999;

Moved to Caohejing in April of 2000, further expanding the company's scale;

Annual sales in 2000 reached 10 million;

Established Fengbao Electronic Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in September of 2001;

Shenzhen Branch , Beijing Branch were established in November of 2001;

Wuhan office , Suzhou office , Dongguan office were established in March of 2002;

Introduced ERP software system in November of 2002, implemented the standardized process management;

Engaged the marketing director , technology director , financial controller in May of 2002, formed scientific frameworks of management structure;

The market department was established in 2003 to adjust the product line structure;

Succeeded in developing proprietary products CMP in March of 2003;

Set up the system of profit center - product line and office's pilot project in May of 2003;

Perfected the business network in South China , East China in July of 2003, cultivated North China and Central China market;

The key client department was established in October of 2003 , perfecting the key client management model;

The marketing department was established in February of 2004;

Set up the training system  in June of 2004;

Planned and marketed “Fengbao brand in 2004;

Mapped out the development plan of the following 5 years in August of 2004: 2008 annual sales target is 1 billion RMB;

Became the distributor in China of US AEM products in December of 2004;

Became the distributor of TOREX Electronic Co., Ltd. in March 2005;

Moved to Yishan road in April of 2005;

Became the distributor of OMRON electronic products in East China , North China , South China in April of 2005;

Became the distributor in China of S.Korean I & SOLUTION in June of 2005;

Reorganized the Key Client Department, established the Cell-phone Department in October of 2005, to develop cell-phone market;

DVB Dapartment was established in November of 2005;

Became the distributor of Swiss U-BLOX in December of 2005, beginning to enter the auto electronic business;

Became the distributor in China of Israeli SIANO in March of 2006.

Selected as   Top Ten Domestic distributor of electronic devices and components for five years in succession in May of 2007 by global sources;

Linpo Mida Technology Co., Ltd. Was merged by Fengbao Electronics Technology (Shanghai) Co,. Ltd. In May of 2007;

Set up the office in Taiwan , Hong Kong in October of 2007;

Established Fengbao Trading  (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in January of 2007;

Shanghai Target Information Technology Co., Ltd. Was merged by Fengbao Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In November 2007;

Became the distributor of Chips & Media in November 2007;
